This was our main reason for chosing them. So far they have stood up to their reputation. We did notice slow servers for a couple of days a week or so after we had signed up, but this appears to have been sorted out now. All in all a very pleasent experience so far. There 99.9% uptime guarantee does really work. Once I had a downtime of little more than 1 hour. I mailed them to say that my uptime was only 99.83% and immediately they gave me a coupon with value of 1 month hosting for a next purchase on their site. This is an awesome webhost.
