This is an awesome webhost.
It’s one of the best I think.
There support is really great. I never had to wait more than 10 minutes for a reply.
Problems are solved quickly.
They are always friendly.
There 99.9% uptime guarantee does really work.
Once I had a downtime of little more than 1 hour. I mailed them to say that my uptime was only 99.83% and immediately they gave me a coupon with value of 1 month hosting for a next purchase on their site.

Awesome host!
I have used midPhase for about 7months now and absolutely love them! I have yet to have any problems with them. My site has never been down for even one minute, not once. When I was having problems figuring things out, they were always there to help, quick and easy to understand.
They offer a lot of space and bandwidth for the price per month. I have 25GB space and 1.5TB bandwidth for $8/month, can’t beat that.
The only downfall to this host is the single MySQL database you get with the $8/month plan. For a extra $2/month you can get unlimited, but have not had need for this yet.

Midphase have always had a good reputation within the hosting community for providing good quality services with reliable support. This was our main reason for chosing them. So far they have stood up to their reputation. We did notice slow servers for a couple of days a week or so after we had signed up, but this appears to have been sorted out now. All in all a very pleasent experience so far.

Up until recently, we had believed and agreed with the so-called positive reviews for MidPhase.
Now, after they have had an entire server and countless domains DOWN FOR ALMOST AN ENTIRE WEEK, we’ve realized that they’re apparently just another lousy hosting company. One of the worst hosting experiences we’ve encountered out of all the sites and hosts we deal with.
They have NOT responded to our email inquiries for support, they have NOT posted an update on their so-called status blog for almost two whole days, they’re apparently not answering phone calls since we sit on hold in queue in the exact same place in line for almost an hour, they’re online live chat support is turned off, they’ve even shut down and redirected their customer forums, and we are getting absolutely ZERO SERVICE OR COMMUNICATION!
Absolutely pathetic hosting service!
Meanwhile, they’re costing businesses thousands of dollars in lost sales, wasted staff time, and damaged credibility because they can’t even provide basic decent hosting service.
So, now they’ve used up our patience and made a huge mistake by completely abandoning, ignoring, angering, and failing their paying customers.
MIDPHASE = BAD HOSTING

midphase has the worst customer service i’ve found. perhaps these people have had good experiences with midphase, certainly not the case for me.
i would avoid using midphase at all costs, my email is non-functional at least once a month for a couple days at a time and they have no phone support. you submit “tickets” and my average wait time for a ticket to even be read is roughy 1 hour.
keep in mind that then you reply to said ticket and you have to wait another period of time to get a response. typical “chats” can last hours so i hope you never have an emergency where you need to get something resolved quickly.
my advice to you, avoid midphase and look elsewhere.
